Our molding area is divided into small manufacturing cells -- by Customer -- which allows us to meet their individualized quality and delivery requirements with a total of 27 molding machines ranging in size from 28 tons to 300 tons capacity. We operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. All the peripheral equipment is located here, including robotic pickers, servo robots, granulators, dryers, and more. In addition, every press has a lighted workstation for convenience of processing, packaging, and at press inspection.
